Do you work on all makes and models?
We service all major makes and models, domestic and import. If your vehicle needs something we cannot carry out in-house, we will tell you plainly rather than attempting it.
Will I get a price before the work starts?
Yes. You receive a written estimate covering parts and labour before any repair begins, and we do not proceed without your approval. If we find something else along the way, we stop and call you.
How long will my vehicle be in the shop?
Most routine services — oil changes, brake work, batteries — are completed the same day. Diagnostic work and larger repairs depend on the fault and on parts availability; we will give you a realistic timeframe when you book.
